1. Slings
Clean sling fabric with mild liquid soap, lukewarm water, and a sponge or soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to air dry.
Hint: Slings can be replaced to repair tears or to create a fresh look.
2. Cushions
Clean fabric with mild liquid soap, lukewarm water and a sponge or soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to air dry.
Hint: Standing a cushion on its side will help it drain faster.
3.Weaves
Clean woven furniture with mild liquid soap, lukewarm water and a sponge or soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to air dry.
4. EZ Span™, Strap, and Cross Strap
Vinyl straps, lacing and EZ Span segments can be cleaned with mild liquid soap, lukewarm water and a sponge or soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to air dry.
5. Aluminum and Cast
Clean aluminum furniture with mild liquid soap, lukewarm water and a sponge or soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
6. Polymer
After removing cushions, apply a non-abrasive multi-purpose cleaner directly to heavily soiled areas. Using a mild scrub sponge, wipe the entire furniture surface. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
7. Umbrellas
Use warm water and mild liquid soap on the fabric to rinse away mildew. Leave open to dry.
Clean the finish with a sponge or soft bristle brush using mild liquid soap and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly.
8. Tables
Acrylic
Wash acrylic table tops with mild liquid soap and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Hint: Occasional use of a high grade automotive paste wax will help keep the acrylic table looking new.
Glass
Wash glass table tops with ammonia and water. Rinse thoroughly.
Stoneworks®
Use a non-abrasive sponge with mild liquid soap and lukewarm water to wash Stoneworks® table tops. To release embedded dirt, use a vinegar and water solution. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
9. Flooring
Concrete
Cover the patio with a solution of warm water and an environmentally safe cleaner. Leave the mixture on for 15 minutes, scrub with a stiff broom, and then rinse.
Wood Decks
Sweep and remove debris. Scrub the deck with mild soap and warm water. Let dry, then seal the deck.
Hint: Use a roller to apply the sealer.
10. Siding
Power wash. Be sure to fix any loose tiles.
